As you know, we had choices in which Real Estate Company and agent to choose. Although we had bought and sold several times previously, this sale was occurring in a tough market at a less than optimum time. In addition, we were moving out of state and Kathy and I were going to be living in 2 states while the listing and sale occurred.
Well, we chose the best! Your attention to our needs, the details and breadth of the listing, the professionalism you always exhibit (and live) as well as your friendship helped us achieve our goal - sell the house as close to asking price, with minimal aggravation - our experience with you and your company were excellent!

It's an awful thing to have your house listed on the market, and it's no closer to selling now than it was over six months ago. This was our lot not too long ago.
Our contract had expired with our realtor. Our funds were running low, consistent with our hopes, to say the least. We had become desperate and had entered the shark infested waters of "fast cash for your house". They smelled blood and the phone knew no rest.
