I am a short sale negotiator who has been doing short sales for 8 years. I assist Realtors, Investors and Homeowners in negotiating short sales by utilizing my extensive experience in this field.

About Me:

I am a virtual short sale assistant.  That means that I can assist in short sale negotiations anywhere in the United States.  I have been doing short sales for 8 years and have developed many contacts with loss mitigation negotiators at most of the lenders and loan servicers. I am well versed in the MHA-HASP programs and can be a HUGE assert to CDPE Realtors.  I am task oriented and detail proficient.  Let me make sure that your short sale packages are complete and comprehensive.  That is the best way to assure that your short sale is assigned a negotiator.
