My Philosophy and Background

Hello,

I strive to remember that helping others is the key.  I am much more motivated, and perform the best when I keep this thought in mind.  I have learned that if the main goal is commissions and being better than the next agent, I become less effective.  More importantly, when thinking of money and personal status before service to others, my actions are not pure and true.  When it is about helping others, my sincerety, passion, and skills shine through. 

My background in the real estate industry started when I was a child listening to my late grandfather and father (I am a third generation Realtor) talk about real estate.  I remember driving to properties with my father, and installing real estate signs.  I remember my father talking on the phone with clients.  Clear communication is key in when representing a buyer or seller.  Listening to those client conversations when I was young sharpened my skills, and helps me today.

My real estate background includes being a loan officer, and owning a mortgage company for three years.  In 2001, I became a licensed real estate agent. I have obtained the GRI (Graduate of Realty Institute) designation.  This designation has been usefull in further enhancing my knowledge of real estate. Topics of this desingation include listing and marketing properties, taxation, 1031 exchange, trusts, foreclosures, real estate law, and several other areas aimed at providing a higher level of service to my clients.  I am currently working with investors nationwide interested in the acquisition of Single Tenant NNN Net Leased Investment Properties.

Potential clients of mine should know that I have closed over 130 transactions, and over 28 million in sales.  I have obtained several awards for my production and sales from both the Shasta County Board of Realtors, and RE/MAX International.  Although awards are not important for me personally, I feel that they do ad value in the eyes of those who do not know my level of experience or commitment to the business. 

Perhaps the greatest benefit of working with me, is that I take pride in being honest and maintaining a high level of integrity.  I strive to achieve excellent results for the investors I work with.

I specialize in the sale of Single Tenant Corporate Backed (NNN) Net Leased Retail Investment Real Estate nationwide.  These types of properties include: brand name drugstores, dine-in restaurants, tire centers, convenience stores, quick serve restaurants, convenience stores, banks, and grocery stores.  My firm has established relationships with developers of Single Tenant Properties throughout the nation.  Investors enjoy my representation, advice, negotiation skills, research ability, and guidance through the complicated escrow process integral to a successful purchase.  My firm has long established relationships with lenders, real estate attorneys, title companies, escrow officers, and other professionals.  These contacts provide a solid framework for excellence concerning the acquisition of Net Leased Real Estate.
