I learned of some new things that I had not known about my house and its condition--particularly the wiring that has not been updated, and what to do about that. Going over the report with me was very helpful, so I could ask questions. The notebook is also very helpful, providing formats for prioritizing, planning and budgeting over time. with other houses I've had, the inspector climbed all over the roof and down into crawlspaces, and up into attics. I'm not sure if that was standard, but I had hoped that the difficult to reach areas would be part of the inspection as well.‎ Home Inspection by Pillar to Post‎‎  By Hope- Jun 2, 2010 I am very pleased and impressed with the inspection service that Chris provided.
