As well as having sold real estate in New Mexico and Montana, I have over 27 years experience in the banking industry where I SPECIALIZED IN MORTGAGE LENDING.  I also have experience and have been successful in getting 'SHORT SALES" COMPLETED.    Unfortunately in my previous employment I have had to foreclose on delinquent borrowers so also have experience in the foreclosure process.

I am a FULL TIME Realtor and available 24/7.
