I am a Realtor in Raleigh/Cary area of NC. I have been in the business here in this area for about 8 years. I am also a NC native, born and raised in Greensboro NC which is about a 50 to 60 min drive from the Raleigh area. I am a real estate agent at heart. As a child my mother would get upset with me because I would go from house to house in our neighborhood and just ask to see their home. It was intriguing to me, I love to see the differences in floor plans in peoples homes and how they were decorated. I started out with a local company , Fonville Morisey Realty, back in 2000. I was living at the time in Durham NC so worked primarily the Durham/Chapel Hill area. I achieved the top selling agent of the month my 3rd month into the business. I continued on and received this award several more times over the course of my stay with this company, I also achieved the Presidents award , Fast Trackers award , Bronze Council and more. I later moved to Cary NC in 2004. I stayed with Fonville but switch from our Durham office to the Lochmere office in Cary. While with them I received many clients through our Relocation department because my manager, who was the former director of the relocation Dept, Put allot of faith in my ability's and due to the letters she would receive from very satisfied clients. They would also refer allot of them to me because when most folks move to our area they are moving here because they have received a job in RTP (Research Triangle Park). This is located squarely between the Durham/Chapel Hill area and the Raleigh/Cary area. Because I had worked in both market areas it was easy for them to put clients with me who were unsure of which area they wanted to be. Most agents only work one or the other so they would have had to deal with 2 different agents where I could just show both areas and also help them understand the differences (pros and cons) on both sides. Then in 2006 I made the move to Keller Williams Realty. I made this move because of the tremendous training opportunity's with this company and the fact that they were a national company.
