About Us:

Jessica Wilkie has lived most of her life in the DC area, apart from some five years abroad. Since becoming a real estate agent she has worked primarily with first-time homebuyers in DC and its close-in suburbs. This specialization affords her clients maximum exposure to the properties that meet their criteria.
 
Jessica’s experience in real estate began at what was supposed to be a temporary job at a title company in McLean. There she discovered a knack for business and marketing and developed an in-depth knowledge of the transactional process. Her experience in the title world, where she processed hundreds of transactions, served as a convenient springboard to real estate agency. She is an excellent listener, which enables her to communicate effectively with her clients and negotiate to meet their needs.
 
Jessica knows that buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial decisions one can make, and her knowledgeable guidance allows her clients the confidence to relax. Despite the high-stakes nature of the industry, she remains an easygoing and laid-back individual with whom to work. She believes in honest and fair dealings and will represent your interests with the highest level of professional integrity. 
 
Jessica graduated from Mary Washington College with a degree in International Affairs. She has lived abroad in Europe and the Middle East. When she is not working in real estate, she enjoys spending time with friends, and also likes golfing and practising yoga. She and her husband recently bought their first home -- a rowhouse on Capitol Hill -- and are experiencing firsthand the trials, tribulations and joys of fixing it up.
