About Us:

I Originally hail from West Virginia and attended Marshall University, GO HERD! I am a  Florida resident for 20 plus years now.  I have been in marketing and sales for over 15 years.  When I am not working to meet my customers lifestyle wishes you can find me on a Salsa or Swing dance floor or on the intracoastal or St. Johns waterways riding jet skies. I am single but have two kids that keep me on my toes as any parent can relate.  I enjoy traveling and have been fortunate to visit several areas in Europe and the Caribbean. 

Areas of Expertise

I cover a large area of North Florida including Jacksonville, Orange Park, Oakleaf Plantation, Nocatee, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedrea, Flemming Island, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs.  I list properties, work with home buyers, and fund purchases and refinance mortgages. I have been in the Real Estate business full time and have experience in challenging markets as we find ourselves now.  I can help a home buyer or seller utilize the market to their advantage!

I utilize the most high tech approach to market homes I list on the MLS.  Internet, print, and most effective descriptions to peak a buyers interest my property. I have upscale marketing programs for upscale and waterfront properties. I am a skilled negotiator, expert facilitator, and do everything to ensure a timely closing.   I can also help with distressed situations like short sales, divorce, or pre-forclosure. 

I work with buyer's either as a traditional agent or as an exclusive buyer's representative. Which gives my customer more representation, negotiation and full loyalty.  (Contact me to see which representation is best for your situation).  I work with first time home buyers to experienced investors.  My goal is to educate the buyer and make it a fun experience with as little stress as possible.

As for funding or mortgages, I work with over 200 banks and usually beat local banks, credit unions, and much less hassle than the internet companies who subcontract their jobs out.  Outside of the buyer I have the most to gain with the buyer obtaining financing. I provide loans to VA (active & inactive military), FHA, Conventional mortgages.  I also have bond and down payment assistance programs.

Many Builders in the area have made me a preferred REALTOR and give my customers incentives and discounts.  They change from week to week.
