Personal Biography

 

As President of Harbor View Lending Group and a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS®), I have developed an extensive referral network through Realtors®, Financial Planners, Attorneys and other business professionals throughout York and Cumberland Counties.

 Prior to establishing Harbor View Lending Group, I worked as a Wholesale Account Executive for a major banking institution. I worked closely with over 100 mortgage brokers in Maine and New Hampshire in all aspects of underwriting, documenting, determining rates and closing of their clients' mortgage loan. During my time as a wholesale rep I assisted in closing millions of dollars worth of purchase, refinance and construction loan business. This experience has enhanced my ability to guide my clients through the lending process regardless of complexity.

I first started in the mortgage business at a credit union owned company in Maine. This is where I adopted my "client first" philosophy. With an in-house underwriting staff, I was able to help hundreds of homeowners reach their goals.  Working for a credit union owned company; I learned the importance of customer service and honesty during the lending process.

I am currently serving as Vice President for the Maine Association of Mortgage Brokers.  I am committed to the education and sustainability of mortgage industry.
