Dear Dean,

We celebrate many things in our lives, such as the passage of life's numerous milestones.  To do this is one's own home with family and friends is singularly the most precious of ways to do so.  One we will never take for granite.

Due to peripheral damage stemming from the 9/11 attacks we lost our business and our home. Never believing we would be able to recover we made our way here in hopes of putting some of the pieces back together.  We came to the Charlotte area not knowing a single person hoping to rebuild our lives and through a referral by a co-worker, we met a person who would change our lives forever.

There were some very emotional times during the purchasing of our home, times that brought to light the fact that we were in the hands of someone who truly cared about us.  You saw us through the process with kindness, courteousy and humor.  You went the extra mile to make sure that everything that needed to be done was done even coming to our apartment when we failed to bring a certain piece of information vital to the lender, delivering it to them without reservation. 

For all the wonderful things you have done for us, giving us a chance of owning our own home again we thank you.  There are not significant words that can express our feelings and gratitude. Some how thank you seems to pale in comparison to what you have done, but we do thank you, our lives are better for knowing you. We celebrate you.
