I am a Real Estate Broker with over 30 years of experience. Since 1976 I have specialized in both homes sales and in investment properties. As to date my best year average was selling at least one home a week. Mid-career I opened my own mortgage company before moving into the Danville area in 1990. My mortgage experience allows me to help buyers deliberate between various types of financing and other options that are available to them. Over the years I have found I enjoy the challenges of helping hard to qualify borrowers become the "homeowners of tomorrow".
In the 1990's we opened a development company and started building dozens of homes in the Bay Area and on the Coast. As Company President I personally drew most of our plans as well as oversaw all building and construction processes. Through the past few years I have undertaken both land development and subdivision of land. I consult my clients in the areas of selling and buying homes, and land acquisitions. In terms of new home construction I consult planning, design review, and permit processing. I believe that if you're going to sell homes you should know everything about building one, and as a builder I do.
My wife and I are a real estate team. She is also a licensed agent that works with me in all my transactions. I am a Real Estate Broker with over 30 years of real estate experience to assist you.
