Great Sales Story

In August, I had a floor call from a family that had lost both of their elderly parents within a few months of each other. The daughter and her brother and sister were at the house cleaning out, sorting thru, throwing out, boxing up, getting the yard ready, etc. The parents had lived in the home for 20 years so needless to say there was a LOT of stuff. They were going to have a garage sale Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to sell what they could and donate the rest. I thought okay this is an opportunity I am not going to miss. I had my an Open House the 3 days along with their garage sale. I had 3 signs professionally made for the event that I placed in the intersections. I emailed everyone I knew ( thanks to all those who came) , placed the ad, and helped them prepare for the sale. When I got to the house Friday at 8, there was so many cars in the driveway. It stayed like that most of the day Friday and Saturday. I showed the house about 10 times. Sunday I had a lady from Niceville call me, we got a contract on the house, AND she listed her 2 homes in Niceville with me that day! 3 days later, I get a call from a man in Niceville, I go to his house on Wednesday and he writes an offer on one of the lady's Niceville homes. Well guess what now, he has a home to sell and the dominos are still falling.
