We serve Des Moines and the surrounding areas. Most of our business is repeat clients or referrals from past clients. We enjoy helping first time homebuyers get through the buying maze.

About Us:

My husband Ken and I have been married since 1974. We have two married children and have two wonderful granddaughters. Having bought and sold 10 homes of our own I know that it is necessary to have a professional guide you through the home ownership experience.  I have been Realtors®  since 1991. I was a nurse in my other life.  I enjoy help and working with people. I have received certification for the following: Certified Residential Specialist(CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute(GRI) and also have a Broker Associate License.  

I want  to take the time to show buyers and sellers what is necessary to get the most value from a house. It is important to make a house a home!

Areas of Expertise

I work most any area of the real estate market except commerical. Because I came from a farming back ground that makes me comfortable working with acreage and land buyers. I have experience in marketing lots, single family homes, and apartment buildings.  My plan is to work hard to get your home sold as quickly as possible with the least amount of inconvenience. 

If you are buying a home with me as your agent,  I won't  push you to make a decision. I will provide you the facts that are necessary for you to make an informed decision.  When the first of the month comes and it's time to make the house payment, I am not going to be there.   You need to say "This is home!!!!"
