Areas of Expertise
Being a small, locally owned bank gives me the ability to have more control of the loan process. Unlike large national banks that must ship their loans to an out of state processing and underwriting department, I have everything centrally located right here in my office. I speak face to face with management, processing, underwriting, and the closing departments everyday. This allows me to build much closer internal relationships so that I can concentrate on building a much stronger client relation.
Just because I work for a bank does it mean that I work bank hours. I am very flexible and can be reached at all hours of the day.
I specialize in jumbo, FHA, VA, and conventonal loans.
I have been in the consumer financing industry for a total of 18 years, with 10 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
I know this is cliche, but it is true that a referral is the greatest compliment that a business can receive. I have built my business to strive and live on a referral basis. I either receive referrals from our great bank clients, the multiple teams of realtors and builders that I have built relationships with, or from previous clients sending their friends or families to me.
I am a member of many business groups and associations. My favorites that I attend on a regular basis are the Jim Thorpe Association, Business/ Connect, and Urban Neighbors.
I am a member of the Mortgage Banker's Association and have been to their headquarters in Washington D.C. for mortgage training as recently as 2007.
