I am a former RE broker and a recovering serial mover. I started EnergizedSeller so that home sellers could have a place to go to learn how to improve the marketability of their home.

About Us:

EnergizedSeller is a community web site focused on helping home sellers improve the marketability of their home.  It is also a great place for REALTORS, Stagers, Home Inspectors, Handymen and other real estate professionals to utilize as a complement to their current web presence/blog sites.  It is set up as another place for RE professionals to be found, answer easy, and sometimes not so easy, home seller questions, and post their information/blogs just for home sellers.

Areas of Expertise

I've LOVED almost every home I've lived in (and there's been a lot) - I just couldn't understand why buyers didn't love them the same way.  How dare they!!  You mean they don't like our hundreds of kids' pictures, bright colors, and unmatched furniture?  Oh, you mean there's a different way to sell/market my home?  I finally learned that and got enthusiastic about telling others - thus, EnergizedSeller.com.
