Though Burke County and Morganton have been my second home my whole life, my husband and I moved here full-time after Hurricane Andrew ran us out of South Florida. We moved to beautiful, incomparable Lake James (come visit - I dare you to refute this 'til you do!), and later moved in town Morganton when we bought our own real estate business.
So I'll say I'm an expert in single family homes in Morganton, NC, in the area between Hickory and Asheville, NC (E to W) and up to Boone, NC (N), including Lake James NC homes. Though I generally work in the average to above average price range, I also LOVE to work with first-time buyers, and have conducted the Chamber's First-Time Homebuyer's class. Since I'm the only REALTOR locally who is bilingual English-Spanish, I LOVE working with Hispanic/Latino clients.
