This is fantastic! I don't know how you got this all set up, but your site ROCKS! I have to apologize though...I am somewhat of a "looky-loo" and won't be ready to buy a house for at least another year, and I plan to buy on Balboa Island. Honestly, it will be a miracle if I can pull THAT off, but I believe in miracles...
