My goal in this business has always been to help my clients who are either buying a home or refinancing their home make the best decision for individual set of circumstances.

Buying a new home is one of the biggest and most important decisions we make in our life. Refinancing is also a very important decision that affects our financial futures and many factors need to be considered.

There are various loan options available and my approach when collecting the information from my client, is to get not only the facts for the application, but also what they are trying to accomplish, what their comfort level is for monthly payment, what their future goals and desires are concerning their home; and if refinancing what they are trying to accomplish. I then take this information and research the products available for their particular situation; then offer them the best options that meet their needs and desires.

I am educationally oriented; I want my clients and the clients of all my loan officers at my branch to make a fully informed decision about their mortgage financing choice.

My knowledge and experience in this industry is extensive. I manage each of my loans from beginning to end; from taking the application, to structuring, processing and pre-underwriting the loan to finally the closing. When we sit down at the closing table, (and yes I go to my closings) I want it to be a time of celebration, all concerns or questions have been addressed my client's satisfaction long before closing.
