About Debbie McAdams

I grew up in Montgomery, Alabama and  upon graduating high school, I attended Auburn University where I earned  a degree  in business administration with a minor in marketing. After graduating from Auburn I  furthered my education with courses on Interior decorating and began an 8 year career of Interior Design. I worked closely with builders in designing floor plans and color schemes for speculative homes as well as decorating existing and remodeled homes. I cultivated a passion for new homes and decided to go into the  real estate profession to market new homes.

I began my real estate career as a new home real eatate professional working directly with the developers. I marketed new homes for Benchmark Development Co. and sold the subdivision out in 3 years. I decided to open my own real estate company and market homes for multiple builders in new developments. I was intrigued with the development side of the business and decided to develop a 15 waterfront lot residential subdivision on Lake Martin. After much success with this development I went on to develop a  waterfront  subdivision with 15 townhomes on the water with boat slips which was the first of its kind on Lake Martin. This proved to be tremendous success.

I realized that waterfront property was my specialty and decided to move to Orange Beach, Alabama to market and develop waterfront property along the Gulf Coast. I joined Keller Williams Realty and became an owner in the Orange Beach franchise. I specialize in helping people buy and sell their vacation homes, second homes , investment properties and pre-construction condos along the Gulf Coast.
