She has earned several designations, some of which include the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), the CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist), the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and the ASR (Accredited Seller Representative). She is one of only 624 Realtors worldwide to hold the ASR designation. This is a reflection of her dedication to her clients and their needs. Aaron Shipley is the son and business partner of Sheila Shipley. He has been in and around the real estate industry for over twenty years. His experience includes three years in the mortgage industry where he worked with financing on all types of loans. He has two designations, the ABR and E-Pro. The E-Pro designation sows his dedication to staying on the leading edge of technology. He also has two four-year degrees, both of which are business related, from the University of Tennessee. These degrees give him an abundance of knowledge about marketing, finance and negotiations.
