About Me

I have been in the real estate business for 5 years. I've lived on the Western Slope of Colorado for over 20 years. This area of Colorado offers a lot of outdoor opportunities just right out your backdoor, and that's why I love it here.

A large portion of my business has been working with foreclosures and distressed sales. I work with different asset managers (who represent many banks and lenders, including CHAFA and Fannie Mae), and have helped with short sales. Though this has been a large part of my business, it is in no way the only thing I do. I have worked with many home buyers and sellers and investors finding them just the right property. I've been told I have a "go get em" attitude and a lot of positive energy, but I guess these are qualities I just take for granted in myself.   I can get your house sold, or find that perfect dream home for you. In the five years I've been a REALTOR®, I've spent a lot of time on my education so I can offer the best level of service to my customers and clients, and stay ahead of the current trends in my business. My commitment to education has earned me several designations and certifications. GRI ( Graduate of REALTOR® Institute ), SFR ( Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource ), REO Specialist ( specializing in bank owned, REO, foreclosure properties ), CNE ( Certified Negotiation Expert ), BPOR ( Broker Price Opinion Resource ), AHWD ( At Home With Diversity) and e-Pro (using technology for marketing).

I'm also on the Board of Directors for the Delta County Board of REALTORS®. I've served as Director, Director at Large, Secretary/Treasurer, and I'm currently serving another term as Director at Large. Several years ago, I also won the Rookie REALTOR® of The Year Award for my board, because of my commitment to the real estate business.
