Deborah owns Staging Plus, Inc, recognized as the preeminent staging company is Tampa Bay.   She is the President and founder of the Tampa Bay IAHSP (International Association of Home Staging Professionals) Chapter.

Deborah was featured on Fox 13's Good Day Tampa Bay, Tampa Bay's 10 News Life Around the Bay, The Tampa Tribune, and The St. Pete Times.  She studied under the creator of the home staging concept, Barb Schwarz, who is known nationally as the number one expert for preparing property to sell, to receive her Accredited Staging Professional Master (ASPM) certificate. 

A committed professional,  she is dedicated to serving clients by preparing homes for fast sales at top dollar.

BID FOR SERVICES

Deborah will visit your VACANT house or listing to take digital photographs and get familiar with the space.  She will then complete an estimate for Staging Services and provide a written bid to you.  She does not charge for this service.

REPORT CONSULTATION

Deborah will personally tour the OWNER-OCCUPIED property to meet the owners, take digital photoraphs, and get a feel for the house and what is needed.  She will then prepare an exclusive Detailed Written Report providing all the information needed to properly stage their house.  The sellers can implement the action items on the report, and she will come back to fine-tune and take the "after" photos.  She charges a flat fee for this service.

HANDS-ON STAGING

Deborah can provide hands-on Staging services during the first visit or after she provides the exclusive Detailed Written Report.  She can Stage the home using existing decor and furnishings, and/or bring in accessories from her personal inventory.  She offers this service for clients who are unable to implement suggested recommendations because of time limitations or due to the physical nature of the requirements to get the house Staged.  She can do as little or as much as needed, providing hands-on services for all rooms or just one of two.  She charges by the hour for this service.
