About Me:
I am a retired Accredited Staging Professional REALTOR, that served Buyers and Sellers from 1997 through 2008 in the mountain communities of Teller County, Park County and the Ute Pass regions, as well as the cities of Woodland Park and Colorado Springs.
Since 2006, I have been creating wonderful, and award winning, DVD slideshows using fabulous special effects created and produced with Pro Show Producer.
My slideshows are sophisticated and elegant, and have been produced for a number of different venues, including weddings, birth announcements and baby/children shows, anniversaries, birthdays, Bar Mitzvahs, personal tributes, and corporate advertising, to name only a few.
More recently, I've begun creating Real Estate Showcase Listing presentations, for the web and to be used on Realtor.com. More information can be found here:

Memories DVDs Real Estate Showcase Listing Presentations have a dedicated web link that prominently displays your contact information as the property tour plays - just your information and the property slideshow - no clutter on the page.
What to expect?
A professional presentation featuring special effects, pan and zoom, transitional effects, and set to music, (I have a wonderful library of LEGAL background music).
How do we get there?
I prefer high resolution photos of the property, inside and outside, and they should be the best quality photos you can provide. If your seller has seasonal photos of the property, winter, spring, and so on, that would be great too! Due to the requirement for high-res, the best way to provide them to me would be through a free file hosting program such as Filedropper , or by mailing a CD. Label each photo with the text information you want to accompany it, such as, "Master Suite With Adjoining Bath". I will also need the property address, your name, contact information, photo, company logo and information.
What do I get and how much will it cost?
We will use up to 30 photos. It will be uploaded to YouTube, with the code and link provided to you so that you can easily upload it to your website or blog. A dedicated web link with all your contact information is provided to Realtor Showcase members for Realtor.com, and for your MLS. The cost for all this is a flat fee of $100. I am set up to accept PayPal through my website at MemoriesDVDs.
How soon will I get it?
Depending on my schedule, and orders in front of yours, it should take no more than a week from the time I receive your photos, probably less.
