About Us:

Staging works! We've worked with agents to sell new construction, old houses, empty houses and overly full houses. We've worked on houses that needed 2 hours of quick rearranging and sprucing up, and we've worked on houses that needed to be completely redone inside and out before furnishings could be placed. We've had lots of experience with all kinds of clients and have a good track record of getting them to implement our recommendations. We know how to navigate the stresses and emotions sellers are experiencing and make the whole process easier for them.

How We Can Help!

The agents who depend on us call us most frequently for staging consultations, and furnishing empty properties. When we give a consultation, we leave the homeowner with a complete set of recommendations - everything that should be done, ideally, if time, money and emotion were no object, so that the house will look perfect when it hits the market. Realtors and sellers love having this blueprint to work from; it's prioritized, we give plenty of explanations of why we're suggesting each change, and it's specific to their house in every way, not at all a checklist from a magazine or website.

We've recently developed a "hands-on" consultation. We charge the same price as for our regular consultation, but instead of providing a written report, we spend two hours implementing the most important changes. We give advice on whatever remains undone, for the seller to complete after we leave. This service is great when you have a client you just know will never get started on his own, or where the majority of what needs to be done is editing and rearranging.

While we love to stage in occupied homes, we find that owners and real estate agents in our area rely on staging more for empty properties. We have an extensive warehouse of props for these stagings, and can also draw on third-party rental furniture when needed. We've staged relocations, new constructions, gut renovations, or even just one empty room. Condos and houses and apartments ranging from 1200 square feet to 8000 square feet, $400,000 to $5,000,000.
