Deborah Ward, Lead Listing Specialist

Deborah is a top agent in the Tampa Bay Real Estate market. While her sales numbers are impressive, it is her work with sellers that is truly her forte! She will work WITH you to make sure that your house is positioned correctly to sell. She is with you every step of the way with a strong admin and buyers team to back her up.

 

Doreen Frenier, Team Administrator

Doreen is originally from Chicago and moved to Clearwater in 1997. She holds a BS degree in General Business from the University of Florida. Doreen has been actively licensed as a Florida real estate salesperson since 2008 and has many years of experience in the financial services industry including the fields of real estate sales, title and mortgage. Doreen is responsible for the general management of the office for the team.

 

Mike Barrett, GRI, Buyer Specialist

Mike was born in Boston and raised in upstate New York until his last year of high school. He moved to Tennessee where he finished high school at Bearden High in Knoxville. Later he attended the University of Tennessee and East Tennessee State University where he graduated with a BS degree in Business Management. After college Mike volunteered for the Peace Corps and spent two years in Swaziland Africa as a small business consultant to the local tradesmen. Returning to the United States, Mike lived in North Carolina where he pursued a career in resort management and ski school operations at Ski Beech NC. Mike moved to Palm Harbor, Florida in the late 1980’s. He maintained a career as a manufacturer’s representative for Bauer Nike Hockey and as a territory manager for Nike’s inline roller hockey and ice skating division for the state of Florida. In 2003 Mike chose to make a career change and acquired his real estate license. Mike brings a customer-focused attitude along with his business training and education to find his client’s their dream home.

Jimmy Fox is originally from Connecticut. Formerly, Jimmy had a career in the field of furniture promotions, specializing in high impact, profitable sales and auctions. His business took him all over the United States and in his travels Jimmy found a piece of paradise in Clearwater, FL. He moved to Clearwater in 2003, and transitioned into real estate sales in 2009.
