Over the past several years the local economy and Real Estate Market has drastically changed.    Foreclosures and Short Sales are the norm not the exception.  They require Knowlege, patience and compassion.  As the market changed, so did my focus.  I started to work with several lenders listing bank owned homes.  One of my biggest clients was listing Fannie Mae owned homes.  I meet many a homeowner that had lost their  ”dream home” to foreclosure.  This left a bad taste in my mouth, so I changed my focus to Short Sales so that I could better help people who wanted to avoid the foreclosure process. I attended many Short Sale classes and received the CSSN designation, “Certified Short Sale negotiator”, as well as my GRI designation and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designations. Education is great, but it is only the start.  Working on the Bank owned homes has given me a unique perspective and has allowed me to be very successful in negotiating Short Sales with lenders for both primary mortgages and second lein holders.  This has allowed my clients to move on their lives without the weight of a mortgage on their sholders.  My goal is to take my knowledge and experience to help make a very difficult situation a little more tolerable.  

When working with Buyers, using technology and good old fashioned listening skills and customer service I am able to design and maintain computer searches for each individual client.  Accompanying clients to different communites so as to determine the perfect area for their new home. 

 In September of 2007 I was invited to attend the Realty Executives "Summit," a gathering of 50 agents ranked in the top 10% of the entire company nationally.  I also specialize in corporate buyer relocation, and have worked with many of the top companies in the valley. . .

I concentrate primarily on the communities in the Northeast Valley including Cave Creek, Carefree, Scottsdale, New River and Desert Hills where I have lived since 1994.

Real Estate is my second Career.  I spent the first 18 years of my career working with animals, caring for and finding homes for homeless pets. In my free time I am an avid Harley rider with my husband Kevin. I bring my compassion, experience, expertise and determination.

MY TRUE LOVE'S

I grew up in the Los Angeles area where I meet my husband Kevin.  We both share a love for animals and spent a lot of time raising and rehabilitating animals of all species.  Primarily Puppies.  But on occasion I had the opportunity to to raise ophane Racoon's, Opposum, Deer,  Goat's  and anything else that needed a little extra nurturing to get on it feet.  

We soon found ourselves in Las Vegas, where I managed a "No Kill" animal shelter.  That is where I fell in luv for a second time.  No, not another man, but a Boxer Puppy.  Her name was Harley.  I have since learned to the love the gentle clown that is called a "Boxer"  I keep myself busy with my Boxer's, training them in obediance and Dog Agility.  There is never a dull moment.  My two Boxer's "Ali & Fraiser" make sure that there is never a dull momemt.
