"Helping Buyers & Sellers Achieve the American Dream since 1993" Buyer Brokerage, Farm and Land, Foreclosure Property, Horse Property, Investments, Luxury Homes, New Construction, Residential Acreage

About Us:

Hello, my name is Debra Cooper.  You can call me Debie if you prefer.  I have been actively involed in Real Estate since 1993.  I have listed and sold properties, such as Vacant Ground, Residential Resale Homes, Newly Constructed Homes, & Commercial Properties.  I know there is probably some type of Real Estate that I have overlooked, but if it is in Kansas, I can SELL it.  As a seasoned agent, I feel comfortable assisting everyone with their Real Estate needs.  The bottom line is to get the property sold.

I will admit, First Time Homebuyers are fun to assist through their First Home Buying experience.  The unknown(s) of purchasing your first home can be intimidating. With the proper guidance & education, you will proceed to closing with a smile on your face!  Handing the keys to your new home is always extra special.

A little information about myself.  I am a native of the Kansas area (except for a brief move to the West Coast in the 1980's).  I have been married since 1988, and my husband & I have two wonderful sons.  We enjoy getting the extended family together for outdoor cookouts.  We also enjoy time spent on the lake.

Areas of Expertise

Listing Specialist:  In our current Market, it takes a seasoned agent to understand each seller's individual circumstances reguarding their home, subdivision and the best marketing plan for them.  My marketing plan will help elevate your home to provide more exposure, thus a quicker sale.

Buyer Specialist:  Buyer's need to be treated like "Gold."  There is an abundance of listed inventory, and fewer qualified Buyers.  Being a qualified Buyer puts you in the driver seat with your home selection.  Being a native of the area, I feel that my longevity in the Real Estate Field and my Knowledge of the area is a win/win situation for you.

Land Specialist: When I started in Real Estate, I was known as the "Land Lady." I earned this nickname, due to the amount of land that I listed and sold.  Each county has its own requirements pertaining to permits issued.   Your Real Estate Agent needs to be knowledgable or know where to find the information, to protect Buyers & Sellers.

New Home Construction:  I have personally been involved in the construction of two of my own new homes.  Having  this experience has given me the empathy and knowledge of the building process in order to better assist my clients.  I have also worked at a New Homes Subdivision.
