About Debra Wheeler
I am Debbie Wheeler, Broker Associate, with RE/MAX Keystone Realty. I was born and raised in Summit County Ohio and have an extensive real estate background.
My focus is on your unique real estate needs, often handling the toughest real estate transactions, providing strong support throughout the entire real estate transaction.
I am honored to be a part of the real estate profession and work with outstanding agents in this area. I believe we all work hard to serve our clients well.
I have a long list of creditials and awards, but the only thing that I would say that makes me special is that I work like a crazy person--all the time. I really do go that mile and a half for you. I truly understand the real estate market and national trends and how it effects us here in Northeat Ohio.
I have a strong understanding of the local market and the value of real estate in this area. I try and stay two steps ahead of the field. Thus, I specialize in REO's, Short Sales and relocation transactions as well as probate, divorce and multicultural concerns with compassion and diligence. I have a good inventory of REO and short sale properties on the market. I like to work with challenging situations and I really enjoy investors.
I own several rental properties and have rehabbed several homes, so I have a strong concept of what is a good value in regards to investment, rehab and rental properties.

Experience
I became a real estate agent in 2003 after 11 years in the real estate arena as a landlord and investor and real estate rehabilitation.
Since 2003, I have closed over 500 real estate transaction sides including residential, multifamily, condominium, land and commercial properties.
I have earned my broker license and hold several prestigious designations, certifications and memberships. However my focus is to be highly supportive to my clients and close even the most difficult transactions.
I am blessed to work with wonderful real estate agents and am proud to be a part of the real estate family.
