I had only been in Georgia 9 months. I had always wanted to buy a house but, I wasn't sure if I was ready. I wasn't knowledgeable about the housing industry, and the reports of a foreclosure were looming over my head. It was when I began to speak to Deeba that I was enlightened about the possibility of becoming a homeowner.

First, she assured me that this was indeed the right step; she even sent me interesting articles that reinforced the positive aspects of the housing market. I was very apprehensive, but I decided to see what my possibilities were. In the beginning, Deeba set a very comfortable pace for me. She was very intuitive, and she knew that I was very confused as a first time home buyer. I had no reason to be nervous; from that moment I trusted Deeba. She had become my mentor as well as my advisor. I realized that this was just one of her exceptional qualities. Having that foundation of trust eased my anxiety and lifted my worries.

Throughout my entire experience Deeba was always there with a comforting hug, a warm smile, or with words of wisdom. She would always say that I could call her at anytime, and she was true to her word. Through all of my questions and concerns Deeba exercised patience. Even as I write this testimony I think about how comforting my experience as a home owner was. Deeba gave me the feeling that she cared about me. She was even successful at highlighting what was best for me even when I did not see it; from the start she always did what was best for me.
