About Deena Westberry:

As a Southwest Florida native since childhood, I am very familiar with the neighborhoods in Cape Coral, Ft Myers, North Fort Myers, Alva, Pine Island, Bonita Springs, etc. Happily married for over 25 years with one son who recently graduated from North Fort Myers High School. I am an active members of First Christian Church of Fort Myers and with The Bridge Youth Center. I am also the Sergeant of Arms for the North Fort Myers Rotary Club.

My area of expertise is to have a smoothe transaction whether I am working with a buyer or seller. I have over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. I spent approximatly 18 years working in the Mortgage Industry ranging from processing the loan application, to closinging the transaction, to selling the transaction on the secondary market. I understand the complete proceedure and can make your transaction run smoothly.
