About Us:

I've worked in construction since the late 70s building homes and additions. I worked for several years in historical renovations (mostly in Old New Castle) and learned allot about old homes and how they where built. I was a contractor my self for several years and worked mostly in finish carpentry. In 2001 I left the home building industry and started the home inspection company and never looked back.

I'm Fully ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) certified and a member of the New Castle County Board of Realtors. I am Delaware State certified Lead Risk Assessor and certified for Radon testing in PA and DE
