As your Buyer's Agent, I enjoy letting you learn as much as you want to learn about this whole process. It's my job to get you "packaged up" so you look great on paper. I enjoy making it so you aren't out every stupid weekend looking at millions of houses that start looking all the same. My "Unique Home" tricks make it so we can keep all the homes seperate. I know what Seller's want to see and I'll interview the Seller's Agent and show them you can solve their problem. All that towards the end of a smooth escrow and you getting in and settled. I'm a bulldog about that escrow process! That's when everything goes sideways. It's this simple, I'd go crazy if I didn't know where I was gonna sleep, so stuff hasta run on time and work out right. It's that simple.
