Who am I??:
As a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Wilson Minger Agency, Inc., in Niceville, Florida I am pleased to introduce myself and offer you my expertise and knowledge in the Real Estate Market.
I have been in the "people business" my entire career. My career background has been in the retail customer service for over 20 years and active volunteer for since I was 12 years old. I ventured into real estate working from the bottom up, starting with receptionist of a rental office, and then moved into property management, then finally as a Realtor®.
As a military spouse and active mother of two I have a great deal of experience in family relocation and starting over in new communities, schools and surroundings. I believe real estate is about helping families not only find a home but to build a future in the community
I take the time to uncover the needs and desires of all my customers to ensure they get what they want. Negotiation involves more than price. I ensure the necessary repairs, fixtures or extras, home warranties, mortgage rates, closing and move in dates; home inspections and any other aspects are in favor of the time. On the average I am able to negotiate for my buyer a savings of 5%-10%.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and am bound to the Code of Ethics. I will represent each buyer/seller with open communication; respect and I will use every skill to help them meet their goals with the least amount of stress.

I bring my years of working in Rentals and property management along with my diverse customer service to each and every client I have.
I work with the first time home buyer, or first time investor to the savvy home buyer and investor that may just need assistance. I enjoy helping the for sale buy owners, the handyman that wants a fixer upper, to the ready to move in homes.
New Construction? Not a problem!
I enjoy selling homes in Fort Walton Beach that surrounds Eglin Air Force and Hurlburt Field, but have been known to travel to Freeport, Defuniak Springs, Baker, Crestview and even Milton. Take a ride with me and see what there is to see in Okaloosa, Santa Rosa or Walton County.
