Description

I work the greater Annapolis, Baltimore, Washington, DC triangle. Basic residential real estate is my focus, but I am also active in the international real estate community & work with investors.

International focus:

I am a member of the International Council at the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors. This group was formed several years ago to encourage the development of international real estate business at home and abroad. In addition to enjoying this very diverse group and learning much from everyone there, it is a great fit for me, because I have helped clients from many countries find or sell a home in the United States. I welcome the chance to work with anyone from anywhere and especially look forward to learning more from those who are helping to market homes in other countries.

Service vision:

While putting myself through college, I worked a great variety of jobs, which I never imagined might come in handy for selling real estate. Among them were construction management, design work, color consulting, restaurant work, event planning and many others. This helps a lot, when working with buyers and sellers. I can help someone imagine how to change a space to make it more functional, more attractive, more comfortable and better sequenced for typical daily use.

In addition, we can determine whether making changes makes sense or not, since not all changes pay off for the buyer or the seller. These skills come in handy especially for investors, who may not have the same amount of time and have to pay more for their loans. Putting a sharp pencil to any given opportunity makes both buyers and sellers feel better about their final decisions. Uplifting all clients' net worth in the long run is our goal.
