Why I love where I live!

I fondly remember my first trip "home" to Newfoundland after living away for many years. The scenery captivated me, the people enchanted me and I wanted to return again and again (and did so) and finally made the decision that family and friends were more important as well as my peace of mind. So with children in tow I returned to the place I now call home more than 25 years ago.

I've traveled across the province and have had the opportunity to visit many of the coves, inlets, small towns and communities. Each and every one has its own flavour and I've come to understand the meaning of home to Newfoundlanders and those who have come to adopt her as their home.

I began my career in real estate 14 years ago and have been happy with my decision to this day. There is nothing more rewarding than matching a buyer with the perfect home or the gratitude and appreciation of a seller when their home sells. And that's why I enjoy being a Realtor®. To better serve the marketplace I have earned designations as Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), e-Pro (Electronic Professional), and Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC) Relocation Specialist, which has given me a broader knowledge of markets within Newfoundland and Canada as well.

I am also a proud supporter of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, Janeway Children's Hospital Foundation, Kids Eat Smart Foundation and something very close to my heart, the Austism Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
