The Fox Team specializes in Residential Resales.  We help clients relocate to and from Maryland, specifically the suburbs of Baltimore and Washington, DC.  We are continuously trained to keep our knowledge and expertise current and in line with the needs of our clients in these economic times.  We are specialists in short sales and foreclosure properties and have successfully helped guide our clients through the process of selling their home or keeping it if that is what the situation allows.

We are also trained specialists in short sales and foreclosures.  We have never been unsuccessful in bringing a short sale to settlement and have even stopped a sale from happening within hours and successfully sold the home.  We trained for months with Attorneys and experts in the field and served on a Short Sale Task Force.
