About Me:

My husband, Mark and I have made Ocala Marion County our home since 1989. What a wonderful decision that has turned out to be! We have raised our only child here and she has enjoyed going to school through the magnet program and graduated with an International Baccalaureate diploma from Vanguard High School and is graduating from the University of Florida with highest honors August 2008. Go Gators!

Aug 30 2010 Denise March is an honest, hardworking, and dedicated woman. My husband and I wanted to buy a home about a year ago and got approved for a loan through Bank of America. However we could not get a house because we couldn't prove we were getting the down payment as a gift from my husbands mother. We ended up renting an apartment because we needed an extra room for our baby. After almost a year and the lease almost being up we needed to decide whether or not to release or to once again try buying a house. After a year of dealing with obnoxious neighbors and realizing that we could be paying towards owning our own place we decided that we wanted to buy a house...with only like four months left till we had to be out. Denise March is a friend of my parents and so they suggested I give her a call to help us find a house after dealing with a careless realtor. Denise immediately started searching for a house for us with ALL of my husbands STEEP DEMANDS, she even helped us with finding a broker. Bad news came again in the form of not being able to qualify for a loan and so we weighed out some options to bring up our credit score which was our only roadblock. By the time we got everything situated and got positive feedback towards getting the loan it was down to two and a half months till our lease was ending. They found us a house within a week and a half and began the paperwork the same day. It took us months to get everything completed but they managed to close a week before we had to be out. Everything was moved and we were in our new home within the week and had an extra day to spare. Not to mention our home was a gorgeous 2007 four bedroom, two bath, two car garage, with marble countertops and amazing cabinets with cathedral ceilings and many other things included. You will not find a better team to help you find a home within your price range and that meets all your demands."
