- Over 23 years as a full time professional, including over 14 years as a college instructor in real estate make me uniquely qualified to educate you about the process of buying or selling a home.
A little about me:
Being licensed for over 20 years as a full time as a Certified Residential Specialist gives me the experience necessary to help you succeed whether you are buying or selling real estate. In addition, I am one of the few agents in the area to be an Accrediated Buyer Representative, a Certified Residential Broker, and a graduate of the Realtor Institute. My education is business (BS from Franklin University and MBA from University of North Alabama) and my background in education as a real estate instructor and a million dollar producing agent will help you attain your goals in real estate.
Some of my areas of expertise
I have extensive experience in residential real estate, including buyers, sellers, and foreclosed homes. I am adjunct faculty at Columbus State Community College in Real Estate and have sold hundreds of homes. In addition, I have written textbooks on finance and booklets as to how to get started in real estate. I also have extensive experience in property management, having owned many units and managed many others.
