We asked Dennis to sell our home and find us a new one. We needed time to move but didn't want to wait until the last minute to sell the house. We told Dennis what date we wanted to be out of our old house and into the new one. Dennis explained we could sell at a price which was current for our area or sell it slightly less and avoid it being on the market for many months incurring more expenses. By selling it lower we would cut our losses. Because of his pricing and aggressiveness we had it on the market within the week and an offer and closing took place within four weeks. Dennis explained every part of the selling to us, even going through the contract line by line with us on the phone. We were kept updated whenever anything happened. We all know how stressful buying and selling houses is but he took all that worry on himself as we felt helpless being so far away. Eventually we will relocate to Florida and without hesitation use Dennis as our agent.
