I'm the Austin Realtor that offers one-stop shopping for real estate and mortgage financing, and have owned my mortgage company, Mortgage Specialists LLC since 1998.  I've personally closed nearly $100 million in real estate business, and may be one of the smartest realtors and lenders you've ever talked to.  I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and achieved my MBA in Business.  I specialize in Austin mortgage financing for first-time and Jumbo home buyers, love buying rental houses and "Flip That House" type properties to build 'wealth', and still currently own $585,000 in rental property.
