I know you can always use success stories to share with potential clients.... Since you staged the home in Wyoming, we've had 3 showings (doesn't sound like a lot I know).  However, the first showing produced an offer -- contingent on selling the buyer's home -- we refused.  The second showing produced a verbal offer -- again, contingent on selling their home.  The third produced a bona fide offer with a delayed closing date which works out great for the client (they will not have to move into temporary housing prior to the completion of their new home).  We accepted!
