I have joined forces with HMA, a Homebuilders advertising agency in Newport Beach, CA. I have been appointed to the position of Internet Marketing Manager. In this role I am managing the online marketing for the 20-year old, award winning agency's clients online efforts, including all aspects of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
Founded in 1987, award-winning HMA, Inc represents a client roster of highly regarded homebuilders and developers. These include Shea Homes®, five prestigious divisions of Standard Pacific Homes, K. Hovnanian® HomesTM and California Pacific Homes. We have an extensive body of experience related to master planned community marketing, including providing counsel and support to the development partners prior to the launch of new communities, to capturing solid positioning for the Master Planned Communities from its inception.
We also have extensive experience in resort community marketing, active adult communitites and just about everything that our homebuilders and developers cover.
The agency's illustrious client list is also comprised of California's most respected land developers, including Rancho Mission Viejo, Lewis Planned Communities, Castle & Cooke, D.R. Horton's Los Angeles Division and the residential marina master planned community of Seabridge located in the Channel Islands Harbor as well as its master-planned community of Skyborne in West Desert Hot Springs.
In addition, the agency is actively involved in numerous philanthropic endeavors, including support of HomeAid Orange County, the charitable arm of Building Industry Association of Southern California.
Business Goals
The primary goal for every one of my homebuilders and developers are to raise brand awareness of their newly introduced Master Planned Communities and drive prospective online traffic to our websites that are promoting these large communities.
