NC state licensed. ASHI certified inspector. We are a full time inspection company serving the metro areas of Charlotte, Lake Norman, Gastonia, Hickory, Statesville and all communities in between.

About Us:

Detection Inspection, Inc. was founded in 1999 and incorporated in 2001 by myself, Scott Bachman and my wife Claudine. I perform all the inspections while Claudine performs all inspection scheduling and office management. We have performed and processed thousands of inspections, for satisfied clients, since our inception.

I am a licensed North Carolina home inspector, state accredited termite inspector, certified environmental consultant, as well as a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). In addition, Detection Inspection, Inc. is a member of the PRO-LAB Professional Partner Program.

Our range of inspection services include pre-owned residential properties, light commercial properties, new construction properties, 1 year builder warranty, insurance risk, lender draw requests, mold assessment /testing, water quality tests, radon screening, wind mitigation, damage assessment, re-construction, manufactured homes, pools/spas, lawn irrigation systems, and wood destroying insect reports (under license of Termitech South, Inc. 704-567-1555).
