Servicing Ancaster, Hamilton, Burlington, Waterdown, Stoney Creek, Oakville and surrounding areas for over 5 years, our core business is home staging.  However, that's not all we do.  We also offer services in interior decorating, colour consultations, space planning and redesign.

The owner, Charlene Storozuk, is certified as an International Staging Professional (ISPTM), a Professional Colour Consultant and a Feng Shui Design Professional.  Her latest training resulted in the designation of Design Specialist from SAR Staging & Redesign. This advanced course focused on lifestyle and target staging and was taught by Matthew Finlason from HGTV's hit series The Stagers.  Only 4-5 classes are taught per year across North America with a group size of no larger than a dozen students.  Her work has been featured in the book FabJob Guide To Become a Home Stager, 2009 edition. 

Charlene is a member of the North American Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and founded the Halton & Hamilton-Wentworth RESA chapter.  She served as President of the chapter for a 2 year period after which time she was appointed to RESA's Executive Committee to serve as Regional Vice-President, Canada for a further 2 years.  Charlene is a past recipient of RESA's North American Leadership Awards for Chapter President of the Year and Regional Vice-President of the Year.

HOME STAGING, INTERIOR DECORATING AND REDESIGN SERVICES:

When the time comes to sell your home, it has to stand out from the rest in today's real estate market.  Most potential buyers have already viewed your home on the internet before even making an appointment to see it in person.  Their first impression will be made through their computer monitor.  Make that first impression a good one, so that they will want to see more and book that appointment. 

Dezigner Digz^TM will assist you in maximizing your home's potential by accentuating the positives and making it memorable to buyers.  We will start by preparing a detailed consultation report for you that will set out items that should be addressed.  If you decide to follow through on our recommendations yourself, then our work is done.  If, however, you would prefer us to take care of it on your behalf, we would be more than happy to do so, the choice is yours.
