Although we did not purchase during our visit to Naples in early 2009, we asked Debbie to keep us informed of
listings in the area that we prefered. She was very consistant in keeping us informed on new product as well as
responding to listings that we would ask her to investigate. She made appropriate contact throughout the year
with the understanding that we would make contact either late in 2009 or early 2010, to resume our search.
Debbie was kind enough to help in finding and visiting a rental property for us for our winter visit this past
season.
While visiting the area again this year, we met with Debbie on several occasions to view properties and finally
found "the place". She was very helpful in coaching us as Canadian buyers, and representing us with our best
interest in mind. She also represented us at the home inspection and constantly coached us through the
purchase transaction to ensure we were fairly represented, even though we were back in Canada.
The closing was completed in a professional manner and we are looking forward to enjoying our home in the
sunny south.
