Hi Don,
I just wanted to thank you for all of the work you did to help us get our first home.  We are ridiculously happy! 

Brenden thought you would get a kick out of what happened to us yesterday...  We were watching the Super Bowl and unpacking when we heard the soothing sound of shattering glass coming from the back of the house.  I guess the little girl next door aspires to be the next Tiger Woods because she shot a golf ball right through our master bathroom window by accident.  Now keep in mind my parents live on a freakin' golf course yet our window is the one to get nailed by a golf ball of all things!  We would be mad if this weren't so funny.  At least our new neighbors are very nice and immediately came over to get all the info to replace the window. He's even going to take Brenden golfing next week (hopefully he'll take his daughter too).  I guess the luck of the Haggerty's continues...  we couldn't even get through the first week safely.  But we do love that house (broken window & all)!

Here is a little not to say that we really appreciate all of the time and effort that you put into handling our realty transactions.
