I moved to Sudbury in March of 2009, I've lived all Ontario and even spent sometime living out West. I appreciate all that Sudbury has to offer having lived in other cities. Prior to selling Real Estate, I worked in banking (fraud, audits, mortgage financing), and I also did design and sales for a number of years both in Sudbury and in Toronto. I've always enjoyed Sales, I enjoy meeting new people. I have a strong design background and have successfully designed many projects for hundreds of satisfied customers, if you need advice on staging to sell or flipping, I have hands on experience. I think what sets me apart from other agents is how service orientated I am. Having worked in sales and service roles for so many years, I learned how to stay on top of things for Clients. When someone enlists me to be there Agent, I give everything I have 110%, nothing less will do. I wear my heart on my sleeve, I'm a true go-getter and I'm honest with people. I shoot from the hip. I'm not saying this philosophy has always made me the most popular but at the end of the day, I sleep well because I feel like I do the best job I can and I'm always honest.

I work with all types of Buyer's and Seller's. Low budgets to high budgets and everything in between. I have helped first time home buyers get into there first home, I have helped large families relocate to another country, I have helped families looking to upgrade, I've helped Investors purchase revenue property.... and on and on. I enjoy working with all types of clients, no deal is ever the same. I have a very big soft spot for Copper cliff and seem to do a lot of deals in and around that area. That being said I show everything in and around the Greater City of Sudbury. 

A lot of my clients are looking to purchase an investment to flip and want me to give them direction on comparable properties and changes they can make to increase the value of their property. A lot of my clients are looking to upsize, and have lived in their home for a number of years and are now looking to upgrade to a larger home.
