ABOUT ME

Licensed in 1969 with O'Conor & Flynn (now Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage). ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Realtors' Institute), GBBR Leadership Academy Graduate, Mentor for new agents as well as a Mentor for elementary school children at Medfield Elementary School, Technology Champion,Life Member of the Million Dollar Club and  National Trust Certified to sell Historic Homes.  I specialize in vintage homes and country properties.  I am low key and have a relaxed style of selling, don't let that fool you I am very adept at what I do.  Years of experience and knowledge have proven invaluable in my business. 

 My roots in the area are deep. Carolyn Clark and Dixie, my sister and our pony they circled Memorial Field for every touchdown the Baltimore Colts made.  I was fortunate to be able to sit on the field and attend many fabulous games.  The Baltimore Colts will never die in the hearts of their fans, even though those hearts were broken when the Mayflower vans came to town and took them away. I love our Ravens, even when they are down, but our Colts were infamous.

Areas of Expertise

My areas of expertise are residential and country homes, farms  and vintage properties. I have lived in the northern counties most of my life, from a horse farm in Upperco (originally Fowblesburg , to Sparks in a wonderful old stone home circa 1801 to my current home circa pre 1850.  I am comfortable in northern Harford, Carroll and Baltimore counties, as well as southern York county.  Residential, farms and lots are my areas of experience and my passion for older homes led me to courses of study in that field  and  The National Trust certification to sell Historic Homes .  I love selling to first time home buyers, am technology oriented, and think out of the box.
