About me!
I am a graduate of the Comprehensive Business Program offered by Six Elements, Inc., taught by the internationally known and respected "Diva" of Staging, Debra Gould. I have a keen eye for what may be keeping a property from being snatched up or what a realtor may be hesitant to say and find it rewarding to show my clients how small investments of time and money can lead to big rewards.
One of my favorite staging success stories was that of my own home. Instead of investing in expensive improvements, I used the art of highlighting the best features of the home. The first Open House ended in a bidding war between nine buyers, resulting in a high bid of $16,000 over asking price!
Most Stagers are by nature organized, but I also pride myself on WOWing my clients with cleaver, creative ideas that often cost little or no money. I understand nobody wants to spend a fortune on a property they're leaving, and that we have 15 seconds to make a first impression. 90% of buyers/renters today use the internet to explore the abundance of properties.
