I am one of the founders of the social media microculture the TwitterQueens., a community set up to support and inspire women in the use of social media. Inspired by the energy of this community, and drawing on my experience in business and the media itself, we have extended our reach, adding consulting services and social media presentations- intended for businesses, while leaving the original spirit of the TwitterQueens culture intact.

Social media implementation isn't always easy, and should be approached like every other form of farming. To use an analogy, you will not get results ordinarily with sending out one post card, nor will you get the results you WANT by sending out your postcards to people who will never want to buy a home from you. You need a plan, and you need to incorporate it into your prospecting time. That means that you are consistent with it, and stick with your plan for a good length of time.
